Course Fee Policy
All course fees paid for admission at Newtons Computer Classes confirm the student’s enrollment in the selected course. Once admission is completed and the student is registered in a batch, the seat is reserved for that student.
Course fees are generally non-refundable once the course has started. This helps us manage batch schedules, faculty arrangements, and training resources effectively.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the student cancels admission before the course batch begins
- If Newtons Computer Classes is unable to start the course due to unavoidable circumstances
- If a duplicate payment or payment mistake occurs
In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment with valid proof of payment.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the course or batch has already started
- If the student stops attending classes voluntarily
- If the student changes their decision after admission
- If the student fails to attend classes after registration
Course fees once paid are generally non-transferable and non-refundable.
Batch Transfer Policy
In special cases, Newtons Computer Classes may allow a batch transfer if a student is unable to attend their current batch due to genuine reasons. Batch transfer depends on seat availability and management approval.
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Students may be required to provide:
- Admission receipt
- Payment proof
- Valid identification

- No cancellation will be entertained after the batch has started.
- Course fee will be forfeited in such cases.
Special Cases (No Refunds)
- Absence from class or failure to attend due to personal reasons.
- Technical issues on the student’s side, including internet or device problems.
- Disqualification due to violation of the code of conduct or disciplinary reasons.
