Refunds will only be considered if requested within 7 days of admission and if no course material or classes have been accessed.

Classes have not been attended.

Course materials have not been downloaded or accessed.

Request is made in writing via email or in person within the valid period.

Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Before Course Start:

Students can cancel their registration before course commencement with written notice.

Cancellation before batch starts may be eligible for partial refund (after deduction of registration/processing charges).

After Course Start:

No cancellation will be entertained after the batch has started.

Course fee will be forfeited in such cases.

Special Cases (No Refunds)

Absence from class or failure to attend due to personal reasons.

Technical issues on student’s side (internet, device, etc.).

Disqualification due to violation of code of conduct or disciplinary reasons.
