Refund and Cancellation Policy – Newtons Computer Classes Gorakhpur

At Newtons Classes, we strive to offer the best learning experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Please read our policy carefully.

              Refund Policy

  1.  Course Fee Refunds:

    • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special conditions (detailed below).

    • Refunds will only be considered if requested within 7 days of admission and if no course material or classes have been accessed.

  2.  Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refund is applicable only if:

      • Classes have not been attended.

      • Course materials have not been downloaded or accessed.

      • Request is made in writing via email or in person within the valid period.

  3.  Processing Time:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


     

 Cancellation Policy

  1. Before Course Start:

    • Students can cancel their registration before course commencement with written notice.

    • Cancellation before batch starts may be eligible for partial refund (after deduction of registration/processing charges).

  2.  After Course Start:

    • No cancellation will be entertained after the batch has started.

    • Course fee will be forfeited in such cases.


     

Special Cases (No Refunds)

  • Absence from class or failure to attend due to personal reasons.

  • Technical issues on student’s side (internet, device, etc.).

  • Disqualification due to violation of code of conduct or disciplinary reasons.
